Virginia Beach- Jeremy M. Wilcox, 21, of Virginia Beach passed away July 24, 2010 while biking in Maryland.
Born in Virginia Beach, he was a graduate of Tallwood High School where he played football. A member of Virginia Beach Freewill Baptist, Church, we was active in the Youth ministry and assisted with the children in the church nursery. He loved to play basketball and bike riding. Jeremy was pursuing an electrician's degree with the Potomac Job Corps of Maryland at the time of his passing.
Survivors include his mother, Paula L. Wilcox of Virginia Beach, his father and step-mother, Gordon and Cynthia Bynum of Portsmouth; his brother, Jermaine and sisters, Cliffony and Courtnei all of Virginia Beach; his grandmother, Barbara Bolden of Virginia Beach and many other family and friends.
Funeral service will be 11am Saturday, July 31 at Virginia Beach Freewill Baptist Church with Dr. J.D. Norris, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Norfolk, VA.
