Violet C. "Vi" Kramer, 98, formerly of St. Clairsville, Ohio, died Wednesday, July 28, 2010 at The Sheperd of the Niles Nursing Home, Niles, Ohio.
She was born August 8, 1911, a daughter of the late John and Jennie Neilson Cairns.
Vi was an avid and award winning bowler and golfer for many years , acquiring numerous awards.
She was a Methodist by faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Kramer, a sister, Margaret Kraus and her brother, John Cairns.
Surviving are two sons, John F. (Anita) Kramer, Warren, Ohio and James (Cleo) Kramer, Girard, Ohio, four grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren and several nieces anad nephews.
Friends will be received from 10 AM until the time of the funeral service at 12 noon, Saturday, July 31, 2010 at the Beck-Altmeyer Funeral Home and Crematory, 204 West Main Street, St. Clairsville, Ohio 43950.
Pastor David Powell will officiate.
Burial with follow in Holly Memorial Gardens, PleasantGrove, Ohio.
