I remember Vernse and Shikepoke as known to me.(I always called her Vern.) I remember them living beside the railroad tracks. We used to go to their home a lot. They had great admiration for their family. May God be with them now as they sit together with their family in the Kingdom of heaven. May peace and tranquility be with the family. Grandma was a true example of love, goodness. She and Pap created such a joyful and loving childhood for me. I will always treasure those memories, as I will always treasure Granny. She was the best Grandma in the world. May she walk for eternity with the Lord and all of her loved ones who passed before her. I will miss her deeply. Love you, Grandma.
