I went to school with Ray and also know PJ. Some of my fondest memories of grade school were with Ray, Dave Hughes, Todd Hanning, and Vick Macri. Ray and Dave nicknamed me "spaz attack" and called me that throughout school. Ray was a very nice guy (and funny too). Although I pretty much lost touch with Ray, I feel as though I've lost a little part of my life. Very sad and shocking news. My heart goes out to his family.

I did not know Ray, but I have been sister Paula's very close friend for more than twenty-five years. I am so sorry for your loss.

It is difficult to understand why God will take a person in the prime of life, but we are not to question. He must have some other purpose that he was called home to do.
