What a lovely service you made for Joe! All the arrangements were excellent, fitting to honor him. I was touched by the loving testimonials too. Ella, you look wonderful, what a pleasure at a time like this to see you looking so healthy and holding up so well!

Pap was a great man who's legacy shall live on through all the lives he touched; as well as all the people he inspired with his loving, carrying compassion. We all will miss you but, we will find comfort in a lift time of wonderful memories you bestowed upon us on your time here. This is not goodbye, but see you soon when we all will be united in our Saviors loving arms.

Being Dad's daughter-in-law for 36 1/2 years has been an honor. Being married to John and seeing the love and pride Dad had for all his children and grandchildren all these years is a testament to the Christian life that Dad lead. My three children always looked forward to trips to Mdsv. to spend time with their family..and the added benefit of always being given ice cream from Pap as soon as they got there. The love they felt for Pap was deep and they knew that no matter what..their Pap was going to love them. He was always one of their strongest supporters and the love between them was very visible. I am thankful for the life Dad lived and the way it has touched my life and that of my husband and children. I know John D. is already with his Pap in Heaven and they are catching up on the past 3 years.

To: Curia Family

Mr. Curia was just like another father to me. His kindness and care for all of us through the year meant so much to me and my family.
We never missed a beat in still being friends with Mr. Curia and his family even after they moved to Moundsville, W.VA in 1969. He will be missed by all of us.

John, Terri shared your fathers obituary with me so I viewed the video. I know that your memories of your dad and how he loved, protected, and nurtured you and your brothers and sisters will give you much strength as you continue to live life without him. The memory of his presence and his impact on your life will continue your entire life. I pray the Comforter will work His work in your life during this time of loss.

Sam and Linda- We are grieving your loss with you. There is no person like a dad... they really never leave you. As I looked at your dad's photo, I saw Sam. As I read about his life I know why you are the man you are. His fingerprints are all over you. That is a great thing because he showed you how to do the same to your wonderful kids. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
